February 27th, 2018: 2018 Tangible Returns have been mailed!

Tangible returns must be returned to our office properly completed and signed postmarked or received no later than April 2nd to receive the tangible exemption of up to $25,000. If you did not receive a return, click here to download a form. A 30-day extension is available, if needed. Extension requests must be received prior to April 1st to be considered. A fillable request form is available by following the link .
January 22nd, 2018: Income and Expense Questionnaires Mailed

The commercial department has mailed out income and expense questionnaires. Please return them by April 30th 2018.
September, 2017: Hurricane Irma Property Damage Notice

As Alachua County residents recover from Hurricane Irma, the Property Appraiser's office is ready to serve you.

If Hurricane Irma damaged your property, please email us at acpa@acpafl.org with the subject line formatted as "PROPERTY DAMAGE: YOUR ADDRESS". For example: "PROPERTY DAMAGE: 515 N MAIN ST GAINESVILLE." If you do not have email access, you can call us at (352) 374-5230. Please provide contact information and complete details of the damage, including photos (if available), so that we can respond appropriately.
